The purpose of this contract is for the contractor to supply portable toilets at specific locations on the Mt. Pinos Ranger District of the Los Padres National Forest during the winter when snow is present on the ground. The Mt. Pinos district headquarters are in Frazier Park, CA. During snowfall events, there is a large increase in visitation that exceeds the capacity of existing facilities.
