MQ-25 Windows 11 Migration

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a modification under N00019-18-C-1012 to The Boeing Company (Boeing) for the negotiation and award of the implementation of Windows 11 of all computers, components, and equipment under the MQ-25 program.

For this proposed action, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”?
