Operations will be for community-based outpatient clinic needs for Veterans. The property shall include 70 on-site surface parking spaces. This is a Small Business Set-aside.

Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area:

North: Arkansas Avenue

East: Highway 412

South: Highway 412/62
