Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Mooring deployment on the North Slope of Alaska for FORTE Investigation. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to SOUTHERN CROSS, LLC under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that SOUTHERN CROSS, LLC is the sole provider of Mooring deployment on the North Slope of Alaska for FORTE Investigation.
