1. What types of materials are being tested with the rheometer?  Answer:  various food ingredients (fishmeal, soybean meal, starches, gelatinized starches, and molasses), feed pellets, plant and animal oils/fats, fish waste, biofloc, and meat muscle.
    
2. What is an expected viscosity range?  Answer:  30 – 100,000 (cP)
