Modification for the Additional Electrical Work Required for Watervliet Arsenal

This modification is issued as a supplemental agreement to add funds to cover the cost of:
- Design Support and Removal /Reinstallation of CARC Busw ay and Junction Box at Substation 2B1 on CLIN 0005.
- Investigation and Testing of 15kV cables at Gillespie Gate.

Modification is firm fixed price, but was not competitively awarded, as authorized per statute.
