The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) order to provide from Woodward Inc., engineering, technical, and logistical support for gas turbine control hardware and software for AG9140RF, AG9140HF, and AG9130HF Ship Service Gas Turbine Generators (SSGTGs).
