This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The purpose of this requirement is to procure five hundred eighty-seven (587) portable, mobile, medical-grade refrigerator/freezer units capable of operating primarily on alternating current (AC) power (standard electrical outlets) and equipped with rechargeable batteries for backup and mobile operation.
