MK 46/MK 20 - Retrofit, Repair, and Upgrades

The Naval Sea Systems Commands intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under a Basic Ordering Agreement to L3Harris located in Northampton, MA for the procurement of MK 46 Optical Sight System (OSS) and the MK 20 Electro-Optical Sensor System (EOSS) retrofits, repair, refurbishment and upgrade of system components for United States Navy and allied navies under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
