Mission Support Services

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Mission Support Services to the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) White Sands Test Center (WSTC) mission, its tenants, and Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Organizations under which the personnel rendering the service(s) are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees.
