The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to update the following: (1) the PIEE file size limitation in L-1.3 is updated to 5MB, (2) Small Business Subcontracting Plans in L-2.4 shall use a sample dollar value of $151,000,000,000, and (3) L-3.0 contained a typo. Attachment L-02, Corporate Experience, has been updated to  correct errors in various fields.  There is no character limitation on field 6.  In accordance with L-3.0, if the offeror does not submit experience in a minimum of two work areas where the Offeror was the Prime, it may provide experience where the Offeror was the subcontractor.  For Small Business Offerors only, the Agency will consider the corporate experience of first tier subcontractors.  An amendment is forthcoming to incorporate this update.

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) has released the SHIELD IDIQ Request for Proposal (RFP).  The RFP can be found at  https://sam.gov/workspace/contract/opp/0ddfa1170b2c4f3c81fe2c3be476e172/view. The final RFP supersedes any draft RFP information posted to date. Potential offerors are encouraged to thoroughly review the information provided in the solicitation posting.
