Military Recruiting Lease for office space 5,300 to 5,800 SF required

The Honolulu District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is soliciting lease proposals for 5,300 to 5,800 of gross rentable square feet of office and related space in Honolulu, Hawaii for Armed Forces Recruiting purposes.  The U.S. Government, by and through USACE, currently occupies office and related space under a lease, in the city and state specified above.  The Lessor shall provide adequate/assigned parking for approximately twelve (12) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  The lease term is four (4) years eleven (11) months with Government termination rights and will be a full-service lease (to include all utilities ....
