PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and RFO FAR 12.102(a), a firm fixed price purchase order to Burt Process Equipment, LLC for the purchase of specialized engineering services, maintenance, system upgrades, and parts replacement -( e.g., water filtration system maintenance) for the existing facility infrastructure system.
