The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Milfoil Aquatic Herbicide Treatment Services, Franklin Falls Dam, Franklin, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to apply a systematic aquatic herbicide to control variable milfoil at the Franklin Falls Dam Flood Control Project.
