Solicitation N0042126Q1086 is issued as an intent to sole source.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with L3 Technologies Inc for enhanced MIDS flight recorder kit, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
