Adding DRAFT RFQ to the Pre Solicitation Notice. The Government will hold an online Pre-Solicitation Conference via MS TEAMS on 13 May 2024 at 14.00 Naples, Italy time to discuss the Section L -Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Bidders of the Request For Proposal. Attendance at the Pre Solicitation Conference is not mandatory and not a requirement to be able to submit a proposal but it will be in the best interest of prospective offerors to participate.
