The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit – on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) – Microsoft Corporation (CAGE: 60128) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(a). for Microsoft Unified Support Services at the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO).
