1.0 INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), MH-60 PMA-299 (AIR ? 2.3.4.2), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate multiple sole-source orders over a five-period (FY27-FY31) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-26-G-1012 with Thales Defense & Security, Inc. (TDSI), 22605 Gateway Center Dr Clarksburg, MD 20871, to support product support, development, sustaining engineering, repairs, spares, and logistical services associated with the AN/AQS-22 Airborne Low Frequency Sonar (ALFS) system for integration into MH-60R, Multi-Mission Helicopter.
