The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:
1) Extend the due date for receipt of Phase A quotations to July 24, 2026 5:00pm CST
2) Provide the Q&A document
3) Provide the following updated attachments that correspond with the Q&A:
a) Attachment 1: SOW
b) Attachment A: Equipment per State
4) Make other updates to the SF-30, including clarifying in Section L.1 that resumes do not count towards page limitations and deleting clause 52.225-19.

This project will equip up to four state or federal judiciaries and their courtrooms in Mexico's northern border states and the corresponding penitentiaries in those states or judicial districts with telepresence systems and secure digital communication platforms.

The Contractor shall accomplish the following main activities:
1. Software/infrastructure procurement, delivery, inventory, implementation, and minimal customization in each location, including installation, integration, and testing to meet the objectives of this contract.
