The purpose of this ammendment is to extend the closing date too 02/17/2026.

This Combined Synopsis & Solicitation (Combo) Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items and services is prepared in  accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Combo RFQ constitutes the only solicitation and is for Medical & Dental Equipment Service. See the attached Combo RFQ and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full details and requirements.
