This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. 3201(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”

This requirement was synopsized with the utilization of FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. 3201(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” A determination by the Government not to compete these efforts is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, pursuant to FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), which shall be considered. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available.
