MDMC - Dyno Test Cell Unit Requirement

A. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price, supply contract for a Dyno Test Cell unit to the United States Marine Depot Maintenance Center (MDMC). This requirement is for the delivery and installation of a Dyno Test Cell unit. (See Section C of RFQ and attached Statement of Work for technical specifications)

B. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
