This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 15BBR026Q00000027 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The contractor is responsible to provide all equipment and labor to remove the existing Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) cooling tower and replace it with a new BAC Cooling Tower, model VT1-N240-P. The contractor shall be responsible for the complete removal and disposal of the old tower, installation of the new tower, and the installation of a new Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) with control panel.
