THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES THAT THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN A SINGLE FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT AWARD USING A BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF ACQUISITION METHOD.
