The National Audio-Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) unit of the Library of Congress (LOC) is an audiovisual preservation and digitization facility located on the Packard Campus in Culpeper, VA. The Video Lab at the NAVCC is tasked with the digitization of multiple tape and disc formats of analog and digital video.
