The Baltimore District seeks to establish Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with Certified Title Companies covering some or the entire Mid-Atlantic region. There will be a minimum four (4) and maximum of eight (8) Firm Fixed Price Master BPAs under NAICS 531320 for a period of 5 years.
