Masonry Restoration and Cornice Repointing

Restoration of granite, limestone, and brick masonry, including repointing of mortar, removal and replacement of deteriorated sealants, and repair of spalled granite.  Rebuilding misaligned limestone parapets and repairing broken caps at the northwest corner of the parapet.  Cementitious patch repairs in limestone and re-securing of limestone jambs at area wells.  Cleaning of bird fouling and other related masonry restoration work as indicated in the drawings.
