Markforged Software Renewal

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Purchase Order to Hawk Ridge Systems of Mountain View, California for one-year hardware and softeare maintenance agreement for Markforged additive manufacturing equipment.  The Government intends to make an award prior to the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2026. 

Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), Hawk Ridge SYstems is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy’s requirements for the specified effort.  The proposed award and resulting contract modifications are for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source ....
