MARITIME COURSES OF INSTRUCTION (COI)

The Government intends to solicit for a five-year, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract for six (6) various maritime courses of instruction. Intended procurement shall be fully set-aside for small business. Performance shall be located primarily in San Diego, CA; Virginia Beach, VA; Stennis, MS; and Charleston, SC but will permit coures to be held at other geographic locations.
