The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract. The project, which is located at Duval County, Florida, consists of maintenance dredging at the Marine Corps Support Facility - Blount Island (MCSF-BI) from Station 0+00 to Station 56+09.1 with a 38-foot required Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW) maintenance depth plus two feet of allowable overdepth.
