Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCBCP) Base Operations Support Contract (BOSC)

The purpose of this Amendment 00016 (0005) is to re-open solicitation N62473-24-R-0036 for competition following revisions to the scope and evaluation criteria.

1. The solicitation has been formally re-opened for competition. This new version supersedes all previous documents. All proposals must be prepared in exclusive response to this re-opened solicitation.

2. All previously issued amendments (0001-0015) are superseded by this amendment and should be disregarded as irrelevant.

3. The closing date and time for receipt of proposals is Monday, April 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

4. All questions or inquiries must be submitted no later than Thursday, April 02, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. PDT. The Government may not respond to inquiries received after this date and time.

All offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0016 as part of their proposal submission.
