The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has released the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of a management and operating contractor for the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (TJNAF) located in Newport News, VA. DOE is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors interested in competing for this contract. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 3, 2025.
