Question 1: There is a specification for Panasonic being the preferred Original Equipment Manufacturer for the laptops in the released documents. Is the government open to alternate solutions? Government Answer: In accordance with Statement of Work, 3.0 Requirements "Contractor shall use Panasonic Toughbook Laptop part number FZ-40CZ-0DAM, and laptop power cord part number CF-AA5713A2M."
