This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice only. 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria  (RCO) intend to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Labor Hour (LH)/Time & Material (T&M)), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract  for the Maintenance and Repair of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) at USAG Wiesbaden and USAG Baumholder.
