Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for Geothermal HVAC Systems

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires preventive maintenance services and emergency repair services of geothermal HVAC systems. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer.  

The Government plans to issue the solicitation in late January 2026. The solicitation will be posted on https://www.sam.gov and the Embassy website. No paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
