This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The Contract Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Regional Directorate intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for mail routing services utilizing the procedures under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 19.107 – Women-Owned Small Business Program. The required services are to perform Navy mail routing services in the NAVSUP HQ, Postal Support Branch, Mechanicsburg, PA.
