REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) The Bureau of the Fiscal Service has a need for two (2) Mail Extractors. This solicitation will be posted SAM.gov as 100% Small Business Set-aside. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) will be issued as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Vendor with the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal.
