This agency proposes to issue a letter RFP for a long-term strategic / sole source contract, which will include multiple NSNs to support multiple weapon systems. A total of 11 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a J&A IAW FAR 6.302-1.
