This project is to repair the interior finishes of Building 53 including restroom and plumbing, floor and wall, and ceiling finishes. The contract duration will be 45 calendar days after notice to proceed including inspection and punch list. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 and the Government's budget is $60,000. Registrations for the site visit are due by close of business 25 April 2025.
