Low Speed Vehicle

Spangdahlem Air Base (GER) has a requirement for one (1) low speed vehicle (LSV) IAW Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics Low Speed Vehicle (LSV).

The LSV must have heating, a warranty of 2 years or more, be able to seat 4 personnel, and be able to transport tools. It must
also have all seat belts and an enclosed cabin with windshield wiper capability.

This is a brand name or equal requirement and the Government will accept quotes for the below LSV.
