This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's mission to provide American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) Level 3.1 clinically managed low-intensity residential treatment for 90-day treatment episodes.
