The purpose for amendment no. 2 is to respond to the following questions:

Question-3: The cost of the effort is stated as $200k. I am assuming this is fixed price. There is a similar statement for the Casco Bay RFP, but it was later decided that we only needed a statement of the proposed price since the effort is fixed price. Do we need to provide a cost breakdown, and if so how detailed does this need to be?
