Amendment 0003 extends the due date for proposals to 12 FEBRUARY 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. This amendment also extends the period of performance to include the 2028 construction season. In addition to this extension, this amendment provides clarification on the licensing requirements for the Professional Surveyor (PS). Lastly, this amendment clarifies the requirement for a current CMMC status at CMMC Level One (self) IAW DFARS 252.204-7021.
