Long Lead Materials

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined only one brand to be reasonably available.  The Government intends to solicit for : Long Lead Material to support the development of Maintenance Platform Prototype #2 as detailed in the attached solicitation.   This solicitation is a brand name, full and open ....
