LOGCAP V Base Life Support and Sustainment Services: FBTX Surge Operations

Army Sustainment Command (ASC) requested a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) task order under Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) V multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract W52P1J-19-D-0044 with KBR Services, LLC (KBR). Under this action, KBR will fulfill an urgent requirement to provide comprehensive Base Life Support (BLS) and sustainment services at two Fort Bliss, Texas (FBTX) sites, Dona Ana Base Camp (DABC) and Camp Westbrook, New Mexico.
