Lock and Dam Weekly Refuse Collection Services

This amendment is issued to extend the due date past the Labor Day Holiday. Submissions are now due by Noon (CDT) on 9/2/25 instead of 9/1/25. No other changes to the solicitation.

Question: Is there a requirement for a transition period from the previous contractor to the new one?

Answer: Refer to 1.12.1 for up to a 30 day delay in performance of work, when APP/AHA need to be approved by. We will continue services within incumbent during this transition period.
