The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a requirement for a contractor to deliver mixed concrete to the Minnesota-side of the spillway located at Lock and Dam 8 in Genoa, WI. These deliveries will take place during the winter months (November 1 – March 1) over a two-year period and will require backing across the 20’ wide Reno spillway.
