The Massachusetts Air National Guard 102nd Intelligence Wing requires Local Telecommunication Service (LTS) and Long Distance Services (LDS) specified in the attached performance work statement (PWS).

This requirement is issued Full and Open Competition using Simplified Acquisitin Procedures in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquistion (FAR) Part 13 under NAICS Code 517111- Wired Telecommunications Carrier­with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 employees.  If an interested vendor is not registered to this NAICS, they are encouraged to add this NAICS to the SAM Reps and Certs prior to solicitation closing date.
