The U.S. Embassy London intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with qualified and responsible vendors to provide local removal services on an as-needed basis. A BPA is not a contract and does not obligate funds. Rather, it establishes the terms and conditions under which authorized government personnel may place calls for services.
