IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4):

(i) The 86th Vehicle Readiness Squadron (VRS) at Ramstein Air Base is seeking to procure two (2) multi-purpose loaders and the necessary fork and crane arm adapters compatible with the selected loader models. This equipment is essential for daily material handling, cargo movement, and various logistical support tasks integral to the squadron's mission.
